What is Pre-Order? Pre-Order are items that are arriving in the market soon, i.e. to be released. If you also want to be the first few to get hold of one of them, place a pre-order with us, we will fight for a stock together. Contact us for deposit arrangement.
Placing Order & Making Payment? You don't want to loose the item that you like, so you can place a 50% deposit to reserve an item. If you are Singapore customer, you can make payment to us conveniently via DBS/POSB transfer. The balance can be paid at the meet-up. But if you enquiring from elsewhere or would like to find out the PayPal option, you can also write to TOY to find out more.
Receiving your Purchase? These are "valuable" collection, we think you would prefer to meet-up. You can meet us at AMK MRT for collection. Otherwise, if you prefer to have it sent via mail, we will ship your purchase on the next working day after full payment is received. You can state your preferred shipping method such as normal mail, register mail or even express, we will follow your choice and to quote accordingly. Remember, you are responsible for the reliability of the collection method that you choose.
Making Return or Refund? Well, no one likes to go through these troubles, so challenge yourselves to make a smart purchase. Deposit for In-Stock item is not refundable. Deposit for Pre-Order is refundable if there is item shortage.
